There is no current issue of the Scandinavian Scene.
Pacific Lutheran's University Center, which houses the Scandinavian Cultural Center, is closed until September. It is undergoing major renovations. Because of the closure, all activities of the Center have been canceled or postponed till September. Also, Susan Young, Director of the Center as well as editor of the Scandinavian Scene, has taken an indefinite leave of absence for medical reasons (her husband, Ben, is seriously ill). She is unable, therefore, to publish the Scene as usual.
We look forward to resuming a full schedule of activities and exhibits again in the fall.
