Science Service is the overseeing organization for the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. They also oversee the Discovery Young Scientist Challenge and the Intel Science Talent Search (formerly known as the Westinghouse Awards.

The Intel International Science and Engineering Fair Presented by Agilent Technologies (Intel ISEF)—the world's largest pre-college science competition—provides an opportunity for the best young scientists from around the globe to share ideas, showcase cutting-edge science projects, and compete for over $4 million in awards and scholarships.

All participants attend the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair (Intel ISEF) as part of their award for winning an Intel ISEF-affiliated fair. Students are judged on their creative ability and scientific thought, as well as the thoroughness, skill, and clarity shown in their projects.
