My Family

Family Pic My family is one of the most important things  to me in my life. I am originally from Denver, Colorado and my parents still live there.  I am an only child and my parents are really supportive of everything I do, even if that means going to college 2,000 miles away.  I look forward to returning to Colorado when I graduate from PLU to be closer to my family.  I also have great friends whom I consider to be my family.  The relationships in my life have shaped who I have become today.

Education Information

I am a senior at Pacific Lutheran University.  I plan on graduating in May of 2008.  I attended Denver Christian High School before I made the big move out here.  I am a double major in Business and Mathematics.  I will receive a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics degrees.  I also took part in the International Core program offered at PLU.  My experience with this program has given me a global perspective on issues in our society today.  I really look forward to combining my education from this program with real world applications when I go to Italy.

J-Term 2008 Italy

I have a great opportunity to travel to Italy this upcoming January.  I will be taking BUSA-485 Banking and Art in Renaissance Italy.  We will travel to Rome, Siena, Venice and Florence to study the amazing pieces of art of the area and study the impact of the Medici Family and their Bank.  I look forward to the experiences I will gain through this trip both at the business level as well as the global level.

Some of My Interests

Athletics have always been a part of my life. I played for the Lady Lutes Basketball team in 2004-2005.  I have participated in Intramural Sports all 4 years.  Physical activity will always be a part of my life.  I also enjoy reading in my spare time and hitting the slopes in the Rocky Mountains.
