Aztec Cuisine


The Aztec and other Mesoamerican societies within the basin of Mexico benefited from a wide variety of food and drink products available in their local climates or through tribute from further reaches.  Through these wide variety of ingredients, the Aztec's were able to create a wide and varied diet or at least possible diet for themselves.  Making Aztec Cuisine the beneficiary of a number of diverse dishes.
