Summer Session 2009 Registration Form: Non-degree, non-matriculated students

The Non-PLU form may be submitted after May 1, but non-PLU students will not be registered by the Summer Sessions Office until May 4, 2009.
Students need to complete this form to gather all the information that will be required for a summer session registration.
Registration is based on first-come, space available basis.
All forms are stamped in the Summer Sessions Office as of date received.

Summer Session Payment Information Form
This form explains the payment process.
The Summer Sessions Overload Form is required for any student who wishes to enroll in more than 5 credit hours in each summer term.
A 3.00 grade point average is required for overload or the consent of the Registrar.
The form must be signed by the Registrar and returned to Student Services in Admin 104 for processing.
