Student Soloists

The USO's concerto competition for PLU students.

Each year the University Symphony Orchestra sponsors a concerto competition for musicians at PLU called the Student Soloists Competition. Students may participate with the agreement of their studio teachers and the conductor of the USO.

Congratulations to the 2007-2008 winners:
Leann Conley, soprano
Andrew Floodeen, horn
Natasha Gilman, flute
Amy VanMechelen, mezzo-soprano

These young artists performed with the USO on Tuesday 18 March, 2007.
