Self Evaluation During my time at PLU I have grown as a person. I have had to develop my writing and communication skills to a level that is well above what I was when I left High School. My time on my Disney College Program has changed me into a more mature and confident person and the time away from home made me more independent. The overall experience gave me a direction of where I want to go and what I want to do in my professional career. In my Business Administration Major I learned many transferable skills including personal and business accounting, personal finance, information systems, marketing and basic finance. These skills will allow me to be a more dependable employee or manager in the future. In addition I will now be a far more capable of expanding my knowledge once I have entered the business world. During my time at PLU I also declared myself an Economics minor. This minor has allowed me to be more analytical of the world and the market. My foray into this social science has helped me grow as a person since I am now more adept in my decision making. |
