Our Needs

Command of HTML from top to bottom
Familiarity with CSS, JavaScript
Diligent tester and awareness of browser and OS compatibility issues
Ability to work effectively within a team
General knowledge of PC software (e.g. Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.)

Our Wants

PHP or related (e.g. ColdFusion, ASP, etc.) scripting experience
Database design and integration; emphasis on MySQL
Desire to make the web more useful with less boundaries
