Crossroads is a weekly, support-themed conversation group for people who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, gender queer, transgender, intersex, queer or people who are questioning their sexuality or gender identity. Crossroads is a place where people can bring concerns, questions, worries, accomplishments, experiences and encouragement to share with their peers.
Through Crossroads, an LGBTQQAI2 or questioning person is able to develop their self-identity as a member of the queer community, meet other people trying to do the same, and form a support structure of people with similar experiences.
Crossroads members are not obliged to attend any more meetings than they choose to. At each meeting, there is a general subject to be discussed, but depending on the desires of the group, plans are open to change. The goal is to promote a safe, friendly environment in which everyone present can learn, grow, and make friends.
