Crossroads is a weekly support themed conversation group for people who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, gender queer, queer or people who are questioning their sexuality or gender identity. Crossroads is a place where people can bring concerns, questions, worries, accomplishments, experiences and encouragement to share with their peers.
Through Crossroads, an LGBTQ or questioning person is able to develop their self identity as a member of a sexual minority, meet other people trying to do the same, and form a support structure of people with similar experiences.
Crossroads members are not obliged to attend any more meetings than they choose to. At each meeting there is a general subject to be discussed, but depending on the desires of the group, plans are open to change. The goal is to promote a safe, friendly environment in which everyone present can learn, grow, and make friends.
