What to do if you have an accident or incident

Reporting an Auto Accident:

  1. Contact the police from the scene to report an auto accident.
    • obtain the report number from the police
    • do not assume responsibility for the accident
  2. Contact Campus Safety, 253-535-7441 to file a report.
  3. Complete the form below as soon as possible (within 12 hours).

PLU’S AUTO INSURANCE HAS A $500 DEDUCTIBLE THAT THE DEPARTMENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT.
