What’s one thing every prospective PLU student should know?
PLU is an amazing place! The community is unbelievably welcoming and beyond supportive of its students in ALL of their future goals. I always suggest students visit anywhere they are interested to make sure they are picking the right college for themselves, but come visit campus and see for yourself!
What do you like about living in the Northwest?
I love that everything is relatively close by. Want to go shopping? There are a ton of malls! Want to go to the beach? Take your pick, they are only two hours away! If you want to climb a mountain, immerse yourself in culture, or just explore, this is the place for you. I also love the rain. After living in Eastern Washington for 8 years, I started to miss it!
- I love spending time with my family and friends that are scattered across Washington State. I also have a wonderfully sassy cat named Tulio that travels with me when he can that I love dearly. During my free time I love to practice yoga, watch movies, camp and travel to the ocean with my family.
