Schedule a Group Visit

We're excited to share the PLU Experience!

The Office of Admission offers group visits to middle school, high school, church youth groups, and other organizations. A group visit includes an admission presentation and a campus tour.

Before scheduling a group visit, please read through the following PLU Group Visit Policies. If you have questions about a special group visit, modified schedules, alternative program options, etc. please contact our office at visit@plu.edu

You are welcome to eat on campus in our main dining hall or campus market either before or after your campus visit. Please note, they take credit/debit cards only. If you are interested in eating on campus, we can provide contact information upon request.

    Group Visit Policies

    • You must request a group visit at least three weeks in advance.
    • Guided group visits are limited to no more than 45 participants. In order to ensure the best visit possible for your group, any request with more than 45 participants should email visit@plu.edu and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
    • Allow at least 2 hours for your campus visit. All visits include a 15 minute check-in window, a 30 minute admission presentation with an Admission Counselor, and an hour long campus tour.
    • Each group must provide 1 chaperone for every 10 students. Chaperones must be 20 years of age or older. If you are unable to meet the chaperone requirement, self-guided tour materials will be made available instead.
    • Group visits are not available during student breaks (e.g. spring and winter breaks), pre-finals week, finals week, and the day prior or following Office of Admission events.
