Recognizing Lifetimes of Generosity
The Lifetime Giving Society was established in the early 1990s to recognize the generous cumulative giving contributions of PLU donors.
Members of the Lifetime Giving Society are invited to special events throughout the year. They are held up for their singular generosity, serving as an inspiration to others to invest in the life and mission of PLU.
When a member reaches a new level the donors are recognized by the university. They are invited to return to campus to meet with students and faculty, attend a class, dine with students, or attend an endowed lectureship as a special guest.
Cumulative lifetime contributions include the total gifts and current pledges of cash, securities, real estate, appreciated property and the charitable value of irrevocable planned gifts. The totals do not include gifts to KPLU, revocable deferred gifts or employer gifts.
If you have any questions about the Lifetime Giving Society, please contact PLU’s Office of Advancement.
