Responsibilities

Margaret serves as the front line of engagement, customer service, and support for Pacific Lutheran University’s external employer network. She oversees all job postings and provides technical assistance on the PLU Opportunities Board. Margaret also partners with employers, student clubs, departments, alumni, and faculty to coordinate recruiting events including career fairs, information sessions, workshops, coffee chats, tabling sessions, networking events, mock interviews, panels and more! She is motivated to create partnerships and provide the best possible employment opportunities for students at PLU.

Biography

Margaret holds a B.S. in Agricultural Business from California State University, Chico. She has lived in Washington for over 5 years and is passionate about serving her community and the uniquely wonderful students at Pacific Lutheran University. What she loves most about her job is supporting students in their pursuit of rewarding education experiences and successful post-graduation paths by providing outstanding professional connections and opportunities. In her free time, she loves gardening, rock climbing, and hiking with her dog.
