Jessica is a first year at Pacific Lutheran University and her pronouns are her/she/her’s. Her intended major is Political Science, in hopes to work for the federal government in the near future. Jessica is also a Dance minor, and aspires to share her talents with PLU and the Parkland Community. She is from Spokane, WA and was recently a finalist in becoming the 2019 Young Philanthropist of the Year. Jessica focuses on helping families who are touched by Autism in her hometown, and hopes to spread the mission statement of The ISAAC Foundation here in the Tacoma area, as well as other west coast towns. She is excited to share her background with mental and physical disabilities and use that to create a more equitable environment, because she believes no one should have to struggle in order to succeed in their dream.
She is also looking forward to involving herself more within the PLU community in Lute Nation to continue to show our ethnic diversity here at PLU. She enjoys listening to music and drinking coffee, so if you don’t see in Jessica in class or in meetings you will most likely catch her at OMM enjoying some caffeine.
