School of Business Programs for Non Business Majors
The School of Business at PLU offers a variety of programs for students studying in a wide variety of disciplines.
The Minor in Business
A minor in business provides knowledge experiences and skill sets to complement major areas and provide strengths needed for many careers. The right combination of major and minor often helps a job seeker look like the ideal candidate.
Certificate in Accounting
The Accounting Certificate Program is available for students who hold a baccalaureate degree, or are pursuing a baccalaureate degree (any field) and wish to complete the accounting course educational requirements to sit for the Certified Public Account (CPA) examination.
Nonprofit Leadership Minor
The Nonprofit Leadership Minor offers relevant, world-changing knowledge of the nonprofit sector and its operations. The new program fits with PLU’s mission of service and opens doors to more than 315,000 nonprofit organizations, all driven by the same defining motivation as PLU graduates: not just to make a living, but to make a difference with their living.
Graduate Education in Business
The graduate programs in the School of Business (MBA and MS) encourage applications for graduate studies from individuals who have completed (or will be completing) undergraduate degrees from all majors.
