- Supervise Harstad RA’s
- Coordinate move-in, move-out, and room/hall moves
- Manages Harstad programming budget

- Train RA’s via RLI, mid-year renewal, and other pro-devo throughout the year

Biography
Mickie began at PLU in 2021. Prior to PLU, Mickie worked at Eastern Mennonite University as a Community Director and CARE Team Case Manager. Mickie is always working to bring social justice, equity and inclusion, advocacy and activism, intersectional feminism, and sustainability into their work. Outside of work, Mickie enjoys hiking, learning, sipping coffee/tea, reading poetry, exchanging stories, talking about Roth IRA’s, and eating ice cream.
