Responsibilities
Campus Life Responsibilities
- Coordinates move-in and move-out, and manage room assignments for South and Pflueger
- Supervises South & Pflueger Resident Assistants (RAs)
- Oversees the selection and hiring of South and Pflueger RAs
- Manages hall programming and administrative budgets
- Mediates staff and resident conflicts
- Develops continued professional development for student staff
- Coordinates recognition/celebration for student staff
- Serves as a liaison to clubs & organizations that align with Learning Communities
- Campus Life Student Leader Training Committee
- Advises PLU’s chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH)

Biography
Zac began at PLU in 2021. Zac moved to the PNW in 2018 and earned his M.Ed. in Student Development Administration at Seattle University, where he also worked as graduate Program Coordinator for Mental Health. Zac’s practice is rooted in promoting holistic student wellbeing, enhancing community and belonging, and building human connections.
Zac grew up in sunny Southern California. He is an avid hiker and birdwatcher, as well as a sports junkie, trivia buff, and aspiring master chef.
