The Northwest Leadership Foundation exists to encourage, strengthen and develop leadership for the spiritual and social renewal of the city. Every day, we discover and empower urban leaders to engage in community based strategies on behalf of the poor and disenfranchised. That means we go beyond crisis resolution and superficial solutions to identify leadership as the primary vehicle to transform communities. We hold our values and beliefs highly around here- they guide us on a daily basis to do what we do with peace in our hearts. We value the city which God loves. We value the vulnerable. We value self-empowerment as a way of revitalization. We value reconciliation as an honest way to work in our community. We value risk. We value collaboration. We value the church.
