Biography

Christine is currently enrolled in her third year at Northwest University in pursuit of her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology.  Christine draws from a humanistic tradition that seeks to create an environment through which clients may feel safe and reach their full potential.  This means understanding the cultural worldview of the client and integrating all aspects of the client (mind, body, soul, spirit) from a holistic framework.  Understanding the cultural worldview of the client means understanding the systems, history, relationships, and experiences which impacts the client and his/her identity.  Christine believes that clients are the key to their own healing, therefore it is important to hold a space for the client that is collaborative and empowering for optimal healing, exploration, and liberation.
