Adam is the Lead Cook at Cross Cultures during lunch. He was born and raised in Tacoma, WA, went to high school at Lincoln High and came to PLU from Bon Appetit in Dupont, WA. Adam loves football & baseball, he supports the Seahawks and Mariners even in the face of disappointment, he also coaches high school girl’s wrestling. Adam and his wife have two boys, a mini Australian Shepherd and a turtle. Now for his favorite food…drum roll please…NACHOS! He loves making and eating Nachos.
