Growing in a mixed cultural home brought me a gastronomy influence and love for food since the beginning of my life.
I Have visit 5 countries and every state in the Republic of Mexico. My favorite food are streets foods; Caribbean, Japanese and my absolute favorite Mexican.
I am married and a mother to 5 beautiful kids one cat and a dog.
I have education background in Nursing, ECSE, Nutrition, Medical Interpreter, Barista and Culinary Certified.
