A devoted student of the culinary arts, Dylan comes from Kodiak, Alaska and has 11 years in the Food Industry.

My inspiration comes from my mother’s creative and artistic nature. Growing up in one of the most remote and wild places in the world has shown me the importance of fresh, locally sourced, sustainable food. Featured in Catering and Bridal magazine, I am excited to bring my life’s work and art form to the students and staff of Pacific Lutheran University.
