Born and raised in Tacoma, Tommy has been interested in technology from an early age. Fixing computers, building websites, learning new software, audio and video editing, and teaching others have been primary interests. After graduating Central Washington University, Tommy worked for nearly six years in the Seattle radio market before transitioning to working in higher education. While working at Pacific Lutheran University, Tommy went to school in the evenings to earn an MBA. In addition to his role as Instructional Technologist, Tommy also serves as the advisor to PLU’s student run radio station, LASR.
