PLU Event Policy During COVID-19

Our speaker for this year’s lecture, Dr. Dayna Baumeister, will be unmasked while on stage in the Karen Hille Phillips Center. In accordance with PLU’s public events policy during COVID-19, guests attending the lecture in person must abide by the following rules:

  1. Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (or proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the start time) must be provided to a door host prior to entry into the lecture. A person is considered fully vaccinated greater than or equal to 2 weeks after completion of a two-dose mRNA series or single dose of J&J/Janssen vaccine.
  2. A mask, covering both the nose and mouth, must be worn at all times while in the building. KN95 masks are recommended.
  3. PLU community members (those with an active PLU ID) are exempt from showing additional proof of vaccination status since these have already been submitted and reviewed.
