Frequently Asked Questions

If you need a professor’s original signature on paperwork, please communicate directly with that professor to make arrangements. As many faculty members are currently working remotely, you may be instructed to leave your documents with the administrative assistants in Rieke. You will be notified once your documents are signed and ready for pick up.

Many offices on campus will accept digital signatures. We recommend you check with the office that issued your paperwork to see if they require an original signature or a digital signature.

If you have an item you’d like to turn in or return to your professor, please visit the Rieke Admin Office (room 158 on the first floor) during office hours. The administrative assistants can accept items and see that they’re given to faculty members.
