Winterfest provides the joy and spirit of Christmas to 600 low income families who are experiencing economic despair in our own community. The heads of these families are hard-working, disabled, laid off, or unable to work.

This is the 26th annual Winterfest event and we need your help to make this event successful and special for each of the families! Please consider contributing a bit of joy and spirit by donating the following items:

  • NEW TOYS (for boys and girls 3-14 years old)
Some favorite toys include sports equipment (basketball, football, soccer ball, skateboards), fleece blankets, and arts & crafts kits.

We ask that each department/group have one person of contact for the donation box in your department. We will drop off the donation boxes on Monday, November 21st, and our goal is to have all boxes in no later than 5 pm on Thursday, December 9th. If your department needs someone to pick up your donation box, we can arrange for that as well on Friday, December 10th. The designated drop-off place is Conference and Events in the Anderson University Center. If your group, department or organization does not want a donation box in your department, please let us know.
