Covid-19 Office Updates

Staff can be reached via phone or email Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm with the exception to the lunch hour (noon-1 pm). Additionally, the Office of the Provost offers on-campus office hours Monday-Thursday 8am-noon and 1:00-5:00 pm; Fridays 8:00 am-noon. 

The most efficient way to attain signatures from the Provost or Associate Provost is through electronic documents sent via email for electronic signature. Please email the staff member you would normally work with; if you are unsure who to contact, please email provost@plu.edu

If you have a document requiring a wet ink signature from the Provost, please email provost@plu.edu to schedule a time for signature. Mail is delivered daily, but please note that the turn-around time is significantly improved by using electronic means. 

All documents collected by our office requiring signature may be signed electronically with the exception of: 

  • Signed faculty contracts – these should be returned to Human Resources and require a wet signature of the recipient.

The office is closed during all university observed holidays, but remains open during academic breaks (such as Mid-Semester, J-term, and Spring breaks).
