If you are returning to your current room for Spring Semester, your belongings may remain in your room.
Canceling J-Term and Spring
You must remove your belongings and complete your room check-out with a staff member by 6:00 pm, Friday, December 16, 2016.
Are you Studying Away during J-Term?
- If you are returning BEFORE 6:00 pm, Tuesday, January 31, 2017 you may keep your belongings in your room and check-out with a staff member upon your return before 6:00 pm.
- If you are returning AFTER Tuesday, January 31, 2017, you must remove your belongings and complete the room check-out process with a staff member prior to leaving for your J-Term trip or by December 16th, 2016.
Canceling Spring Only
Students must remove their belongings and complete the room check-out appointment with a staff member, no later than 6:00 pm, Tuesday, January 31, 2017.
Canceling and Moving Out Mid-Semester
Students who move out mid-semester can check-out at any time. Schedule a check-out within 24 hours of withdrawing from PLU. Please refer to the Cancellation Deadlines and Fees page for any cancellation penalty dates and amounts.
