On the Home Stretch!

You know how when you clean your closet and it looks really messy before it looks amazing? That is where Ordal is right now. There is still some work to do, but we are on the home stretch and so excited to welcome residents on move-in day! Crews are working around the clock to get the behind the scenes not-so-fun stuff like installing sinks and electric outlet face plates. However, some exciting things are happening too! Dyson Hand dryers in the bathrooms are going in, we have carpet in the hallways and in the common spaces. Furniture is going in, new mattresses arrived yesterday and new combination lock mail boxes are installed eliminating the need for keys. With the new Lutecard door locks you will truly be key free! Stay tuned, we are expecting some great pictures by next week!

We're Getting Closer!

After a tour on Tuesday, we are excited to report that visible progress is happening inside Ordal! Student rooms have a fresh coat of paint, new tile on the floor and crews are re-installing the closets. In the bathrooms, the new tile work is in and fixtures will be installed later this week. Crews are working in multiple shifts in order to have Ordal ready in plenty of time for move-in day!

Stay tuned for more updates and pictures!
