All students are expected to fully comply with the policies, protocols, and guidelines outlined in this document, as part of PLU’s Student Expectations and Guidelines. Students, faculty, and staff are all responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy environment on campus. Failure to do so may result in follow-up from Student Rights & Responsibilities.
In order to comply with the State of Washington’s Reopening Guidelines for Higher Education, the university is required to designate a COVID-19 Site Supervisor. PLU has chosen our Chief Operating Officer, Teri Phillips, to fulfill this role. She will work in close conjunction with the university’s Recovery Planning Team and the Director of the Health Center to monitor the health of students and employees and enforce compliance with COVID-19 safety recommendations. Students who have questions regarding COVID-19 safety and public health–related issues may contact the Director of the Health Center at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A report form has been created to give the PLU community a central location to direct public health–related concerns.
