LUTES VOTE: Make Your Voice Heard
At PLU, our commitment to care guides everything we do—how we learn together, support one another through challenges, and ensure higher education remains accessible and just. Living into that care means stepping up to preserve access to a PLU education.
This November, critical state elections will directly impact key higher education issues, including state financial aid and student funding.
Voting is one of the most direct ways to advocate for policies that affect our campus community.
Why Your Vote Matters for Higher Education Policy
When you vote, you help select the lawmakers who directly decide state budget priorities and higher education policy. Preserving state financial aid programs requires active civic engagement and collective advocacy.
