Dave Quiggle

On July 15, 2024, Dave Quiggle was promoted to lieutenant with the Kirkland Police Department. Dave has been in law enforcement for 25 years, the past 22 with the City of Kirkland. He worked in patrol, as a detective, spent eight years on the SWAT Team, and was most recently detective sergeant. As Lieutenant, he oversees patrol and the traffic unit. He keeps in touch with his PLU baseball teammates and favorite professor, Dr. Anna Leon-Guerrero. Dave and his wife, Valerie, have two children: Ty, a junior baseball player at Whitworth, and Hailey, an incoming freshman on the women’s basketball team at UPS next year.
