Jon & Jean (Riggers) Malmin

After 42 years, Jon and Jean (Riggers) Malmin have retired as director and accompanist of the Normanna Male Chorus of Tacoma. Jon served as director-in-chief of the Pacific Coast Norwegian Singers Association six times and music director for three tours of Norway. Jon and Jean were class reps to the alumni council several years and currently serve on the Scandinavian Cultural Council Board, where they received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
