Lisa T. Bellard

Lisa T. Bellard is a staff attorney with the Homeless Action Center in Oakland, CA. She assists unhoused, disabled, and low-income clients in accessing Social Security and other social benefits. She also enjoys writing; her book “Bottoms Up!” is a murder mystery set in San Francisco. In September 2024, she and her husband, George, and her brother Tony, attended the 45th Lincoln High School reunion, Class of 1979. In October 2025, she and her husband will go on a bucket-list trip to Egypt.
