Mark Hester

Mark Hester released his first published book, “A Sterling Life; John Danz, Seattle Theatre Pioneer and a Grandson’s Journey of Discovery.” At age 55, he began a journey of discovery. Although he knew who his ancestors were, he decided to take a DNA test, presuming it would produce nothing new or surprising. His results showed he was 25% Jewish. He’d spent 40 years researching his family history with no hint of any ancestor being Jewish. What happened next changed his life forever.
