Solveig Lee died on Sept. 30, 2025. She was born Nov. 5, 1935, in Bellingham and grew up on her family’s farm. A 1954 graduate of Ferndale High School, she later taught in the Seattle School District for more than 30 years. Solveig loved music — she learned to play the violin and performed in orchestras and choruses throughout her life.
