Tove Tupper

Tove Tupper, APR, was named Washington State School Communicator of the Year. As chief communications officer for Highline Public Schools, she leads districtwide communications and serves as a key advisor to leadership. She was recognized for her clear, steady leadership during crises, commitment to transparent and accessible communication, and ability to build trust and engagement with students, families and the broader community.
