Hannah (Penna) Gbenro

Hannah (Penna) Gbenro, Ph.D., was recognized with the Distinguished Paper Award from the Washington Educational Research Association for her leadership with research in practice by the American Educational Research Association. She serves students and teachers in Tacoma Public Schools, and her work as the director of academic alignment and innovation was recognized by both these associations. She also has been named president-elect of Washington State Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development.
