Over the course of fall semester 2022, Caimin Boland applied to the Navy’s Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate program and was accepted in December. In late June, he will go to Navy Officer Candidate School in Rhode Island to start his career. The program will utilize his PLU physics education and build leadership skills.
