Melissa Huggins

Melissa Huggins accepted a new position as the deputy director of Whipsmart, a statewide organization whose mission is to empower creative entrepreneurs and creative businesses. She spent the past seven years as the executive director of Spokane Arts, a local arts agency serving the Spokane, Washington region through grantmaking, arts programming, professional development and advocacy.
