The PLU Symphony Orchestra Reunion was held on May 20-21, 2023, bringing together alumni who played in the PLU Symphony Orchestra as well as current orchestra students. This celebratory event included a gala concert in which alumni and current students could play together, and a festive dinner in the Scan Center. Professor Jeffrey Bell-Hanson conducted part of the gala concert, closing his tenure with the orchestra as he prepared for retirement, and shared the podium with Jerry Kracht, conductor emeritus.
