Kathleen Martin

Kathleen Martin attended a screenwriter’s retreat in Ireland in fall 2016 and stayed at the Renvyle House in Galway where William Butler Yeats spent his honeymoon. She followed his path there and became inspired by writing a screenplay. She studied him and other Irish writers in a British literature class one summer at PLU. Her family is from Ireland and her great uncle is Robert F. McGowan, the original director of the “Our Gang/Little Rascals” movies at Hal Roach Studios.
