Michael Smith

Michael Smith passed away Sept. 19, 2021 after being diagnosed with dementia. He was married to his wife Judy (Waters) Smith ’60 for 52 years. They met at PLU during chapel, as their assigned seats were right next to each other. Many may remember that Michael was captain of the football team at PLU. He was laid to rest after an intimate ceremony of friends and family on Anderson Island, Washington.
