Campus Ministry

Ian McMichael is a senior this year from Hermiston, OR majoring in German Language and Literature with a minor in Hispanic Studies. Next year he hopes to complete his Masters in Secondary Education degree and become a high school language teacher. He loves to play tennis and soccer but most of all he loves to eat. He thinks eating is the greatest thing ever. Who does he think he is? A funny, interesting, open and at times strange individual. There is no reason to be normal, that's boring. He loves to not have answers to the big questions and listen to people who have found those answers. He thinks one learns a lot more from listening than you do from talking, although, like everyone, he forgets that sometimes. Most people probably don't know that he was lucky enough to spend a year in Europe with family learning German before he came to PLU.
