Anthony Valadez ’05, real estate agent and chef, is the owner of Little Jerry’s in Tacoma, a restaurant inspired by his favorite show, Seinfeld. A kitschy little hole-in-the-wall, Little Jerry’s is one of Tacoma’s hidden gems.
