The CAPP Report

The CAPP Report (Curriculum, Advising, and Program Planning) is an online resource available in Banner Web that allows undergraduate students and their advisors to monitor progress toward degree completion at PLU. These reports are updated periodically by the Registrar's Office or by students and advisors any time they choose. Also featured is a "What-If" function that allows students to explore how their classes fit the requirements of any program the university offers. It is each student's responsibility to check their CAPP Report throughout the semester, in particular during the time leading up to advising meetings and registration.

Students: How to Access CAPP Reports

  • Log into Banner Web using your ID and PIN
  • Select Student Services
  • Select Student Records
  • Select CAPP Report
  • Select a Term (defaults to current term), click Submit
  • Select View Previous Reports (bottom of screen)
  • Select the report you wish to view
  • Detail Requirements should be selected, click Submit

Faculty: How to Access CAPP Reports

  • Enter Student ID or name, click Submit
  • Click Submit to verify you have the right student
  • Select View Previous Reports (bottom of screen)

The Junior Review

Students with junior standing are required to complete a "Junior Review" which provides information regarding a student's progress toward degree completion. The review covers GenEd element, major and minor progress.  This is a one-time process required of all students.  Junior Review is done each fall and Spring in preparation for registration.

Information & Instructions

Students are notified via e-mail when they become eligible for Junior Review.  Students are selected for Junior Review based on the following criteria:

  • Have earned 60+ semester hours (this includes both PLU and transfer hours)
  • Are NOT in their first term at PLU
  • Have NOT applied to graduate
  • Have NOT previously undergone the Junior Review process
