Enrollment verification is documentation of a student’s enrollment status. Verifications are typically requested for automotive insurance (Good Student Discount), medical insurance, military dependence/identification, DSHS, etc. Pacific Lutheran University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verification certifications for its students through its Web-based Student Self-Service program, Myhub.
PLU students can print official enrollment verification certifications on demand via the Myhub secure student portal. There is no charge for this service.
Instructions for Students to Print an Official Enrollment Verification
- Go to https://auth.myhub.org/stauth/samlfed/sso003785idp
- Login using your ePass
- Click on Self Service
- Select type of Enrollment Verification Needed
- Click Download
Once at the PLU Student Self-Service Site on the Myhub website, you can select and print the verification you need. Select ‘Advanced Registration‘ for an enrollment verification prior to the 10th day of the term. Select ‘Current Enrollment‘ for an enrollment verification during the term.
Pacific Lutheran University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications for employers and background screening firms. To obtain an instant verification, please visit www.degreeverify.org. All verifications are done through the National Student Clearinghouse. The Registrar’s Office does not provide verifications via phone, fax, or mail.
