Barth Merrill

Capt. Barth Merrill (U.S. Navy) recently relinquished command of the U.S. Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy, after two years as the commanding officer. He and his family will be moving to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he will serve as the command surgeon for the U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD).
