David Haley

David Haley died Dec. 16, 2015, after a long illness, surrounded by his wife and children. David was the son of Frank and Nellie Haley and the brother of PLU graduates Janet (Haley) Fesq ’60 and Jonathan D Haley Sr. ’65. He was also the uncle of Jonathan D Haley Jr. ’95.He loved sports, and served as an assistant baseball coach at PLU and a soccer coach at two high schools in Seattle, where he lived with his family. He was a career employee of the City of Seattle and he also worked as a volunteer on social justice concerns in the city.
